London (TAN): What is common among afternoon tea, Mary Berry and the view of rolling hills from a train window? Well, all of them are quintessentially British.
United Kingdom-based excursion company Belmond Limited has partnered with television personality and cookery expert Mary Berry to host an afternoon tea train ride through the British countryside on May 3 and 4, 2019.

You could be a part of this British affair – ‘Afternoon Tea hosted by Mary Berry’ for a price. Berry will meet her guests at London’s Victoria station before starting on a journey through the Weald of Kent aboard the vintage art-deco Belmond British Pullman train.
The approximately three and half hour round trip will take passengers through the woodlands and valleys of southeast Britain, transporting them to a ‘more glamorous age of travel’.
