(TAN): The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) recently announced the opening of Taj Sawai, Ranthambore. The property is located on the outskirts of Ranthambore National Park, famous for the Royal Bengal Tiger.

The 60-key hotel in Khilchipur Village is an indulgent retreat with a colonial design inspired by flora and fauna of the region. A medley of tradition, nature and contemporary aesthetics, the tranquil water bodies enhance the atmosphere. Guests can embark on a culinary journey at the forest themed all-day diner, Machan, a grill and pool bar, Tropics and the rustic Whiskey Lounge.
A team of experienced naturalists sharing captivating tales and profound insights of the beautiful flora and fauna ensure exhilarating safaris at the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, one of the largest tiger habitats in the country.

Sawai Madhopur is the gateway to Ranthambore, one of country’s celebrated tiger reserve as well as the Ranthambore fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is among India’s most popular tourist destinations for wildlife and adventure enthusiasts.
With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 23 hotels including 8 under development across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands in Rajasthan.
