Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach announces the reawakening of Mercury Lounge this month. Returning with a new theme, Mercury promises to be the place to see and be seen this season.
Where the stars are the roof, and one-of-a-kind views are the walls, Mercury Lounge, Dubai’s most idyllic and glamorous rooftop lounge atop Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, brings guests a taste of the Riviera. With 360 degree picturesque views of downtown Dubai twinkling on the eastern horizon and the waves of the Arabian Gulf kissing the shores to the west, Mercury Lounge has reawakened with a new look. This year welcoming a stand-alone, first in the UAE, Dom Pérignon Champagne and Oyster Bar, shady red and white striped cabanas reminiscent of the Cote d’Azur, a host of new dishes, and the arrival of a new General Manager, Alvaro Vinagre, Mercury guarantees to be the destination for all occasions with an unrivalled view of the dynamic city, azure waters and beyond.
For those sad to bid farewell to the summer months, Mercury’s new look and feel promises to bring a taste of the very best of both the French and Italian Rivieras. With a new Italian Chef at the helm, the new menu has been split into “From The Garden,” “From The Fields,” “From The Sea” and “From The Land,” featuring dishes such as truffle spinach raviolo with butter sage; lobster spaghetti; and a salt-crusted seabass served with seasonal vegetables. Whether guests choose to visit for the daily Aperitivo hours from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, sipping on the exclusive Spritz and Martini menu as the sun sets over the city, or to explore the new menu featuring vibrant flavours of fresh, seasonal produce, or to simply visit to get that iconic Instagram shot on the Mercury Vespa on Ladies Night, Mercury Lounge offers the next chapter in rooftop drinking, and an experience filled with style, good music and cracking cocktails.
Mercury’s Aperitivo is served daily from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Prices start at AED70.
Ladies Night is every Wednesday; from 8:00 until 10:00 pm ladies will receive two complimentary glasses of prosecco when they visit.
