(TAN): Carnival Cruise Line’s Mardi Gras has been named the “Best New Cruise Ship of 2021” from Cruiseline.com’s 2022 Member Choice Awards.
Cruiseline.com announced its honours this week, which it says were chosen using data rankings from community-generated reviews of over 4,000 of the website’s members.

Mardi Gras received the highest score in the “Best New Cruise Ship” category from the ratings given over a period beginning with the industry’s restart in June until the end of 2021.
Previously, Carnival’s flagship also received the title of “Best New Cruise Ship” for 2021 in USA Today’s 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards. It was also awarded the same title by Cruise Hive’s annual Cruise Ship Awards.
