(TAN): More than 30% of Radisson Hotel Group’s Americas portfolio properties have won the Tripadvisor 2020 Travelers’ Choice and Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best awards.
In a statement, Radisson said hotels recognized for these awards are known for consistently receiving positive traveler feedback, placing them in the top 10% of hospitality businesses around the globe.

In 2019, Tripadvisor conducted research to better understand consumer perceptions of the Travelers’ Choice and Certificate of Excellence awards around the world. Travelers told them these recognition programmes are influential in their decision-making process, but the research also showed they had an opportunity to drive even more clarity around what each award represents and how winners are determined.
All awards now fall under the Travelers’ Choice umbrella. Properties that would have been recognized with the Certificate of Excellence are now celebrated as Travelers’ Choice winners, while properties that would have been Travelers’ Choice winners are celebrated as Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best.
