(NITN): A preferred way by many adventurers to explore South Bohemia, Czech Republic is by river rafting in the Vltava river, the longest waterway in the country at 270 miles.
It runs from Vyssi Brod down to Ceske Budejovice.
The upper part of the river is around 50 miles long, making it perfect for exploring over a long weekend.
Following this river route, one will pass through many small towns and large cities along the way and right through the middle of the historical town of Cesky Krumlov.
