(TAN): CG Corp Global owned ‘The Farm at San Benito’ has announced the launch of its newest set of Luxurious Villas on January 15 in the Philippines.
The property features two types of villas — Mahogany Villa and the Bamboo Villa.
The Farm offers a healing sanctuary for people who want to take a break and are looking for the perfect holiday destination while also searching for holistic methods best suited to their needs. Since The Farm’s establishment in 2002, guests have the option among various villas designed to provide comfort and complement their healing while on their journey to wellness.

Chairman Binod Chaudhary of CG Corp Global, the parent company of The Farm, and its Director Raj Uttamchandani were present during the soft launch last December 27, 2019, after which, The Farm has been looking forward to announcing the availability through a full launch this month.
The Farm at San Benito is an eco-luxury holistic medical wellness resort located in Lipa, Batangas, a 90-minute drive south of Manila, Philippines. It rests on 48 hectares of lush green jungle, with a stunning view of the majestic mountains, pure and fresh air with clear and positive life-giving energy radiating around the property.
There are five Mahogany Villas available, four of them spanning 300 square meters with one bedroom. When not resting, guests can hang out in the pool area or the deck area. They can also eat their healthy meals in the pantry area. Home entertainment and internet access are also available.

One Mahagony Villa offers plenty of space for guests at 600 square meters and two luxurious bedrooms. There are many options for relaxations as well, from lounging in the living room, taking a dip in the pool, or enjoying the sights in the deck area. The two-bedroom mahogany villa has its own kitchenette and a nanny room available as well as a dedicated treatment room where guests can easily enjoy some of The Farm’s offerings.
Mahogany Villas are designed with the concept of a wide space connected with the wonderful scenery of the jungle. The tailor-made furniture boasts the perfect combination of artisan expertise with Filipino creativity.
There are two new Bamboo Villas as well which are now available for regular guests. Each has 200 square meter spaces with one bedroom, a bathtub, and TV. Perfect for the most discerning travelers, each villa includes a comfortable breakfast nook and living space — a perfect place to relax and unwind in private.

The Farm is offering introductory rates starting at USD 375 net in a Bamboo Villa, USD 400 net in a 1-bedroom Mahogany Villa and USD 1,000 net in a 2-bedroom Mahogany Villa.
