Atlanta (TAN): Austin-Bergstrom International Airport at Austin in Texas state recently inaugurated its first Delta Sky Club to enable passengers to travel in style.
The newest Delta Sky Club from Delta Air Lines is a 9,000 square foot lounge located on the mezzanine level of the Barbara Jordan Terminal, within the airport’s newly expanded concourse.

Delta’s Senior Vice President – Operations and Customer Center,Erik Snellsaid: “Building on our unmatched operational excellence, award-winning customer service and the ability to easily connect to cities around the globe, the first Delta Sky Club at Austin will give business and leisure travelers yet another best-in-class offering to enjoy.”
The lounge comes with a covered outdoor patio called the Sky Deck, which can be used for runway viewing all year round, seating areas with access to high-speed Wi-Fi and power outlets, chic décor, art pieces from artists with links to Texas, beer selections from local breweries, and a full-service bar serving seasonal cocktails.
“We’ve put care into every detail — from the curated, local artwork to the Club design to the seasonal food and beverage offerings. We look forward to welcoming guests traveling through Austin — they will be wowed by the experience and incredible service,” said Claude Roussel, Managing Director of Delta Sky Club.
Delta plans to add a new Sky Club at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport in Louisiana state later this year as part of its expansion strategy. It will also implement seating, and food and bar upgrades at New York City’s John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 4 Club.

The airline will introduce a new Club sprawling over 28,000 square foot at Utah’s Salt Lake International Airport next year, and one at California’s Los Angeles International Airport in 2021. Both Clubs will get a Sky Deck each.
