(TAN): Jumeirah Group has announced the launch of a new restaurant SAL, at Burj Al Arab, the tallest all-suite hotel in the world. The new address offers uninterrupted views across the clear waters of the Arabian Gulf and unbeatable sunsets.
Headed up and launched by Chef Roberto Rispoli, SAL will offer sea-inspired dishes from the Iberian Peninsula in Spain and Portugal. Meaning ‘salt’ in Spanish and Portuguese, SAL pays homage to the sea and one of the most ubiquitous ingredients in the world, not only in its name but also through the restaurant’s catch of the day – grilled or baked in sea salt to concentrate the natural flavours.
