(TAN): Four Seasons Bengaluru is set to host a culinary event with Chef Ng Meng Loong at the helm treating guests to his popular artisanal Cantonese dim sums, the hotel group said in a news release. The event will take place at the hotel’s Asian brasserie, Far & East.

Chef Loong is a veteran dim sum chef whose menu features delicately crafted dim sums made with the freshest ingredients that are served in elegant steamer baskets. Expect favourites like Big Long Bao — a steamed dumpling filled with juicy pork and rich broth; Crispy Unagi Rolls — a crispy and savoury roll stuffed with fresh eel and avocado; Lobster Broth Dumplings — which feature succulent lobster meat and a rich, flavourful broth; or a freshly baked Bird’s Nest Egg Tart.
