(TAN): Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s food is set to return to Crystal Cruises, the company said in a news release.

UMI UMA is one of Crystal’s award-winning, specialty dining offerings in an elegantly modern setting where dishes are inspired by the exotic array and traditions of the Orient and created by the famous chef Nobuyuki (Nobu) Matsuhisa. Guests will again be able to dine on signature entrees such as Nobu-style black cod, grilled Chilean sea bass, Wagyu beef filet steak, and some of the freshest sushi available at the Sushi Bar.

“It wouldn’t be Crystal without having one of the most popular restaurants UMI UMA back onboard when the new Crystal sets sail,” said Senior Vice President Hotel Operations of Crystal Bernie Leypold. “Crystal’s guests have come to know and love the exquisite offerings Chef Nobu has created specifically for UMI UMA and we are so grateful for Crystal to be the only cruise line with a Nobu restaurant at sea.”
