“We are delighted and honoured that Hoi An Royal Group has selected us to manage this beautiful property. We now look forward to establishing the resort as the preferred place to stay in Hoi An when it opens its doors in 2021 as a splendid showcase of everything the Dusit Thani brand has to offer,” he added.
The company signed the hotel management agreement with Vietnamese property developer Hoi An Royal Group.
“Hoi An’s reputation as a must-visit destination just keeps going from strength to strength. The town welcomed almost five million visitors last year – up 50 per cent on the 2.4 million who visited in 2017,” Chairman of Hoi An Royal Group, Nguyen Phu Quy said.
He continued: “To sustainably leverage this fast-growing market, we were determined to find a partner who shared our vision for excellence in all aspects; a partner who could deliver a unique, high-end resort experience that would meet the needs of discerning guests time and time again. We are delighted that Dusit, with its 70 years of proven international hospitality experience, is that partner. We look forward to a long and successful relationship together.”
The hotel, located near the beach in Dien Ban Town near the ancient trading port of Hoi An, boasts 180 guestrooms and 69 villas. It also comes with an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a bar, event spaces, spa, and lobby lounge. Dusit Thani Hoi An features an all-day dining restaurant that serves Asian and international cuisines.
