Toronto (TAN): Canada-based luxury hotel company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced its arrival in Montreal this summer.

Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is accepting reservations for stays before opening its doors on June 1, 2019.

To celebrate its new beginning, the hotel is offering 20 per cent off room rates. The introductory offer is valid for a year between April 15, 2019 and April 14, 2020.

Located downtown in Golden Mile Square, the 169-room property is a twenty-minute drive from the airport and ten-minute walk from the Bell Centre. The hotel is directly connected to the luxury retail destination Holt Renfrew Ogilvy from the third floor lobby.

The opening of the hotel has been timed in a way so that it matches with the city’s festival season. Summer happens to be the time when visitors come flocking to the Québec city to experience the most-awaited events of the year.

This year, the season starts with the 2019 Montreal Grand Prix from June 7 to 9, followed by the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal from June 27 to July 6, and the Just for Laughs Festival between July 10 and 28.

Four Seasons General Manager Gonçalo Monteiro said: “We are so excited to join with our community in welcoming Formula One fans from around the world for the 2019 Montreal Grand Prix taking place June 7 to 9. The event virtually takes over the city, and we’ll be right there in the middle of it.”
