Toronto (TAN): Come 2021, the hospitality industry will spread its wings and take off for a new journey. Well, literally.
Canada-based luxury hotel giant Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will start operating a new private jet in early 2021, which it claims will take the comforts and services of its present jet to a whole new level.
The company has chosen a new A321 LR aircraft from among the new Airbus NEO models that will be tailored to include modern ‘guest-centric design’ and more space for an interactive flight experience.

President, Worldwide Hotel Operations at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Christian Clerc said: “The Four Seasons Private Jet experience defines modern luxury air travel, encouraging meaningful connections between people and places while delivering a seamless and highly personalised journey.”
“Building on the tremendous success of our Private Jet program to date, with consistent sell outs, waitlists, and near perfect guest satisfaction rates, our drive to continuously innovate and push the conventional limits of travel has led to this new opportunity to experience Four Seasons like never before,” he added.
Operated by United States-based luxury tour operator TCS World Travel, Four Seasons private jet is ‘the hospitality industry’s first fully branded and customised private jet’ that was launched in 2015, the company said.

The jet will feature 48 seats designed by Italy-based aircraft seat designer Optimares with a spacious interior that enables guests to socialise from their seats. The roomy lounge will serve both as a common area for mixing among guests as well as the platform for artists to entertain and conduct workshops. Bathrooms will become more modern to ensure comfort and ease.
“When designing the new Four Seasons Private Jet, we were inspired by the glamour and prestige of air travel in times past, when every flight was a special occasion,” said Four Seasons Vice President, Design, Dana Kalczak.
“With a laser focus on comfort and functionality, our aim is to create an environment that encourages spontaneous social interaction between everyone on board, reinforcing the power of connection,” she added.
