(TAN): Four Seasons Resort Marrakech will be welcoming guests once again from October 1 with enhanced health and safety measures.

This reopening arrives just in time to enjoy the cooler Moroccan temperatures with plenty of sunshine. At the Four Seasons Resort Marrakech , guests can treat themselves with the new seasonal creations of Executive Chef Thierry Papillier at the alfresco restaurant Azzera, enjoy a refreshing cocktail on the terrace of Inara, or travel around Italy for dinner at the iconic Quattro restaurant. Patrons staying at the property can also enjoy in-room dining in the comfort of their room.

“While the Four Seasons experience may look different, it will feel the same. Our dedicated people are committed to delivering the same intuitive service and personalised care for which we are known and trusted for the world over,” explains General Manager Thomas Krooswijk.

A key part of this service experience will continue to be the Four Seasons App and Chat. The service, powered by employees on property, not chatbots, will allow guests to control how they engage with employees. While face-to-face interactions may be more limited, guests will have direct access to property teams in more than 100 languages with the App and Chat service. Upon reopening, facilities such as the Fitness Center and the Spa will operate with adjusted hours and hygiene protocols. Meetings and events offerings have also been updated accordingly.
