- The annual surveys in the United States and the United Kingdom were combined into one Global Reader’s Choice List.
- Indian Hotels Company Limited’s Taj brand bagged many places in the awards.

We are delighted to announce that the Golden Eagle Danube Express has gained 2nd place in the ‘Top 10 Luxury Trains in the World’ category as part of the Condé Nast Traveler 2019 Readers’ Choice Awards.
Now in its 32nd year, the annual Readers’ Choice Awards survey combined results from the US and the UK, totalling 600,000 voters in 2019. Readers submit ratings and comments to share their travel experiences across the globe’s hotels, resorts, spas, cruise lines, airlines and, of course, trains.
As such, we are thrilled to have been included in this prestigious award and would like to thank everybody for their positive reviews. We intend to provide voyages of a lifetime by private train with the highest standard of service for many more years to come.
