Available seven days a week via phone, email, Four Seasons Chat or in person to assist with a wide variety of needs from restaurant bookings to limousine requests, the residence concierge, located at the Residence lobby level, is the first point of contact for any bookings or services.
Bell/ door attendant services and valet parking ensure that arrival is always a seamless experience. All residents have access to the hotel gardens, pool and gym, which is a common amenity between the hotel and the South Tower Residences. All common areas of the residential complex receive daily housekeeping as well as maintenance services and a dedicated engineering team ensures that all the fixtures are maintained as per Four Seasons standards.
