Russia: Radisson opens new hotel in Ulyanovsk, the UNESCO City of Literature

Ulyanovsk has been designated a UNESCO City of Literature since 2015 due to its rich connection with leading Russian writers and painters.

(TAN): Radisson Hotel Group has opened a new hotel in Ulyanovsk, Russia. The new address is a conversion of an existing hotel with 172 rooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, a terrace, and a selection of meeting rooms, the hotel group said.

Radisson Hotel Ulyanovsk is located in the heart of the city, close to the main administrative and business centers. This hotel, with Scandinavian-inspired hospitality, offers guests the opportunity to discover this historic city located on the banks of the Volga River near cultural attractions, museums and shopping malls.

Guests can enjoy many leisure activities, retail, restaurants, bars, theaters, and other entertainment options Ulyanovsk has to offer, including strolling along the Volga River embankment to take in the wonderful views or, watching a play at the Ulyanovsk Regional Drama Theater. Ulyanovsk has been designated a UNESCO City of Literature since 2015 due to its rich connection with leading Russian writers and painters.
