Shangri-La extends cooperation with Trip.com

(TAN): Trip.com Group, a global travel services provider, has extended its partnership with Shangri-La Group, the Asian luxury hotel group.

The agreement is a new milestone for both companies as they continue to work together to grow international business as well as cementing their presence in regional markets. The partnership not only deepens the current cooperation between Shangri-La Group and Trip.com Group but also offers travellers a comprehensive range of products, services, member privileges and benefits. 

Both companies laid out plans to strengthen their cooperation to benefit mutual guests through enriched offerings and rewards, with collaboration supporting the diversified demands from inbound and outbound guests staying at one of the many Shangri-La Group properties around the world. Trip.com Group enables and supports Shangri-La in reaching a broader customer base with enriched products and offerings. From providing accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, package tours, corporate travel management to an array of many more services for travellers, this joint partnership adds to the choices and value for customers.

This new cooperation enables 300 million-plus Ctrip high-end members access to the Shangri-La Golden Circle Programme across Shangri-La’s portfolio of over 100 hotels globally.
