Jakarta (TAN): A tourist recently got embroiled in an argument with Balinese locals after he asked them to leave a public beach so his wife would not have to see partially dressed men, reports said.
The tourist, who rented a villa in Temukus village, north of Kuta on Indonesia’s Bali island, reportedly flashed a knife during an argument with the locals who were having a good time on the beach.
The locals asserted they could stay since it was a public beach.

A video uploaded on Instagram showed the Muslim tourist shouting at locals.
“Shut the f*** up! I told you so, this is a public beach. All the people can come,” one of the locals, identified as Gede Arya Adnyana, shouted back.
Adnyana reportedly said he was enjoying on the beach with his son when the tourist demanded he had to seek his permission if he wanted to use the beach, because he had rented the entire villa, including the beach.
