The campaign will reportedly serve as a guide to explore the past, present and future of the different cultures that make up Richmond. According to reports, Richmond has had an instrumental role in the country’s African American history – it was the seat of domestic slavery, opening to new modern-day black culture, and location of the Harlem of the South.
