Visit Britain wins Best European Tourism Board award at India Travel Awards 2023

(TAN): Visit Britain has been recognized for its outstanding contributions to the travel and hospitality industry by winning the prestigious “Best European Tourism Board” award at the India Travel Awards 2023, the official tourism board for the United Kingdom said. 

The India Travel Awards is a platform that celebrates achievers and acknowledges the success of the travel industry in India. 

This year’s event, a first-of-its-kind in India, employed an internet voting-based system supported by India’s Ministry of Tourism and trade bodies. With over 12,000 online votes, Visit Britain emerged as the top choice, delighting the Indian travel trade and solidifying their position as a leading destination for Indian travellers.

The award ceremony, known for its exclusivity, holds regional award ceremonies annually to honour winners from North, South, East, and West India.
