The gross floor area of the tower is approximately 42,000 square metres with 23 floors, each providing efficiently designed office spaces.

(TAN): Shangri-La Centre, Wuhan, the second phase of the Shangri-La Group’s Wuhan Development project, celebrated its opening recently as the city continues its business recovery following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Located in Hankou Financial Street, the Shangri-La Centre is connected with the existing five-star hotel Shangri-La Hotel, Wuhan, serviced apartments, and meeting facilities. The site is also equipped with spa and fitness facilities, as well as a flexible outdoor event space and will serve as a commercial complex for discerning travellers and corporates as part of a revitalisation of the city’s financial centre.

Adjoining the Shangri-La Hotel, Wuhan, and close to Baodao Park and City Library, Shangri-La Centre is situated at Jianshe Avenue next to the city’s three main subway lines, and adjacent to the commercial districts and headquarters of financial institutions and banks.

As the first international five-star hotel in the city, the Shangri-La Group has brought its distinctive Asian hospitality standards to Wuhan over the past 20 years and continues to make plans to grow with the city. The hotel team were on the front lines of the pandemic earlier this year, and supported the community in a lot of ways – from preparing meals for staff at local hospitals, to welcoming medical crew from other provinces who dedicated their time to helping fight the virus.
