Princess Cruises to go back to Tahiti in Fall 2020

Santa Clarita (TAN): Carnival Corporation and plc-owned Princess Cruises will have a series of cruises lined up for its guests when the company brings Pacific Princess back to Tahiti for fall 2020.

The California-based cruise line will offer round trip cruises to the islands of French Polynesia and Tahiti that open for sale tomorrow.

The cruise line will homeport in Tahiti for the first time since 2015.

Princess Cruises president Jan Swartz said: “Tahiti and French Polynesia lure travelers from all over the world seeking pure unspoiled paradise, snorkeling, swimming adventures and relaxation.”

“With our return to Tahiti in 2020, Princess Cruises offers the best way to explore this remote island life aboard our intimate Pacific Princess,” he added.

The five, ten-day Tahiti and French Polynesia trips will comprise overnight calls in Tahiti’s capital Papeete and Bora Bora, along with a late-night stay in Raiatea. Other ports on the round trip include Huahine, Rangiroa, and Moorea. According to the schedule, the cruises will depart October 5, 15, 25 and November 4, 2020. Prices start from USD 1,999.

Pacific Princess arranges longer sailing for its guests to experience the Hawaiian Islands, and the Easter Island with four Grand Adventure and Crossings itineraries. A Hawaii and Tahiti Grand Adventure cruise for a 19-day or 29-day tenure will sail from Vancouver in Canada on September 16, 2020, while a Tahiti, South America and Panama Canal Crossing will sail from Tahiti on November 14 and 24, 2020.

“We are eagerly looking forward to next year and welcoming Pacific Princess back to The Islands of Tahiti,” he added.

Princess Cruises are offering its repeat guests a discount of USD 100 per person on fares when they book early.

This offer can be combined with launch and group promotions. The discounts are not available for third or fourth guests.

Also, Captain Circle guests can avail a reduced deposit when they book by November 30, 2019.
