“We are delighted to commence our inaugural flight to Adelaide, which marked our 4th city in Australia, after Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne. Our comfortable seat pitch has gained popularity in the market and we have observed positive demand on our Business Class as well,” said Rama Muthy.

“Currently, we operate four weekly flights between Kuala Lumpur and Adelaide, via Denpasar. There will be more plans for Australia as we continue to explore opportunities for more frequencies and new destinations. This is in line with our aim to carry more passengers’ traffic to respective airports and promote local tourism,” he added.

Young said: “We are excited to welcome Malindo Air to Adelaide, offering a full-service product to Bali and on to Kuala Lumpur. Malindo Air will also be the first carrier since 2016 to offer a Business Class product directly between Adelaide and Bali.
