The Vivanta-branded hotel, scheduled to open in 2022, will be IHCL’s thirteenth property in the state.

“Gorakhpur’s hospitality market is in its nascent stage, enabling IHCL to have an early mover’s advantage to capture the growing lodging demand in the city.  We are pleased to partner with AD Estate Developers in bringing the Vivanta brand to Gorakhpur,” Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of IHCL, Puneet Chhatwal said.

The agreement was recently signed between IHCL and India-based developer AD Estate Developers. The latter will own the property under a management contract by Vivanta.
