Bengaluru, India (TAN): Canada-based luxury hospitality company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts’ Bengaluru, India property will host the Great Indian Kebab Festival between August 8 and 18 at its CUR8 restaurant. Guests will be treated to a selection of 12 kebabs, along with Indian breads and dips at the festival.

Indian chefs at CUR8 Amarjeet Singh and Balwant Singh will serve the kebabs inspired by tandoor, sigri, tawa, kadhai and dum methods of cooking.

Kebab items include chatapati tandoori machhli (fish), tandoori peshawri murgh (chicken), and pashtuni barrah kebab (lamb), alongside magaz, keema and kaleji served with buttery maska pao. Vegetarians will be able to sample khumb ki galouti and tandoori mawa bharwan aloo, among other dishes.

The kebabs will be accompanied by breads such as warqui, naan-e-bakumaach, naan kaliyan, cheddar cheese green chilli naan and ulte tawa ka paratha, and dips comprising sweet plastic chutney made with raw papaya, niloufari chutney, anari kasundi chutney, dhaniya pudina chutney, tamatar ki launj, aam ka chunda, and kathal ki chutney. Raita or yogurt dips such as burrani raita, pineapple raita, and seb ka raita will complete the fare.

The spread, available between 1900 hours and 2130 hours, will cost INR 1,900 excluding taxes per person.
